There are 1 car park to 1 unit, with about 2 for visitors.
However, as with most condos, there are units that are tenanted and they do not drive.

Unfortunately this is a town house and there is no facilities.That is to say, no pool, no tennis court.

Amenities NEARBY, there are MRT, coffeeshop, Zho Char stalls, cafe, pubs etc within walking distance.
